Personal Work: March

Starting Disciple costume ideas this month followed by character designs. Disciple Costume Sketches Just a few different looks for Simon Peter since he's the main man in the story. Also some looks for Judas Iscariot...but him and the other disciple aren't really involved in this story (though they are present). so I decided to stop wasting time and just develop a basic look for the other disciples focusing on their silhouette. Just so that I'll know what they'll look like.

Are you the Massiah? Storyboards

The story of Jesus' interrogation, but keeping the setting abstract and focusing on the character's. Thumbs and notes for the boards. trying to figure out which of the four Gospels to use and how to tell the story without an actual setting. more thumbs, you can ignore all the other stuff (if you want) rough boards. I cleaned them up to add clarity to unclear shots and in addition to that I had the time to clean up the line work.

Seriously...Cyclist?

The original sketches are scanned from my sketchbook and arranged in Photoshop. Then cleaned up using the clone stamp tool and my custom pencil brush to maintain the pen on paper look. The goal here is to get ride of some of the rough 'searching lines' and replace them with more defined shapes and details.
